1. Before using the new car: add diesel, apply grease to the entire vehicle, and check the tightening of bolts.

2. Before daily homework, check if the indicator lights on the instrument panel are normal and if the bolts are loose (including the drive shaft, tires, axle, gearbox, engine bolts, etc.), and add butter (including the pin shaft, steering cylinder, drive shaft, tires, axle, etc.).

Check the engine oil and coolant before and 45 minutes after the homework stops every day, and check for any oil or water leaks. The oil level should be maintained at the middle position of the upper and lower scales on the dipstick, and if necessary, added in a timely manner (marked with the position of the fuel filler).

3. The first maintenance of the new machine takes 50-100 hours to replace the oil and oil filter (oil filter position).

4. Oil water separator. When the top of the oil water separator comes with a hand oil pump to empty, press it. If there is water in the filter, turn the bottom knob counterclockwise. After the water is drained, tighten it clockwise. Replace the filter element after 250 hours.

5. The air filter should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the working environment. The filter element should be removed and blown clean with air to remove any dust on it. If the inner core is found to be dirty, a new filter element should be replaced in a timely manner. The specific time depends on the working environment.

6. The first maintenance period for the gearbox/torque converter is within 30 days, and the oil must be changed. The 8 # hydraulic transmission oil must be replaced. In winter, the 6 # hydraulic transmission oil must be replaced in the Northeast region (the position of the torque converter oil filling port is located, and the bottom side is the position of the oil drain port).

7. First maintenance of the drive axle: replace the gear oil within 30 days, add a certain amount of oil, reduce the amount of oil on each side of the small wheel by 1.5 kilograms, reduce the amount of oil on each side of the middle wheel by 2 kilograms, and reduce the amount of oil on each side of the large wheel by 2.5 kilograms.

8. Hydraulic oil: First maintenance: about 30 days.

9. When the winter temperature drops below minus 5 ℃, replace the antifreeze in a timely manner. The antifreeze should be selected with a temperature lower than 10 ° C in the current season, and the antifreeze should be replaced once a year.
