How do you guarantee your product quality?
We have rich OEM experience for domestic trading company and oversea company.We have standard production line with experienced engineers and mechanics. All products meet with the ISO9000 Quality System and have acquired CE certificate. EPA approval will be available if needed.
Can I put label/logo on your product?Can you provide OEM service?
Yes ,we welcome any kind of cooperation.Klionce can provide customized products according to customers' requirements, both OEM and ODM are acceptable.
What is the payment terms?
Normally 30% deposit is required in advance, 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. And 100% irrevocable L/C at sight with the terms we agreed can also be accepted. We will send customer detailed photos and videos for loading container and shipping advice for shipment.
How about your delivery time?
We can delivery immediately if you want standard products. Usually 30 days after receipt of deposit for customized products. Due to our 3 automatic production line we also can deliver early if your order is urgent.
